At Humble Heads, we strive to deliver your order quickly and safely. Please read our shipping terms below.

1. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Time

• Standard Delivery (India): 3–7 business days depending on location.

• Remote Areas: Delivery may take 7–10 business days.

• You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

• For orders below ₹999, a standard shipping fee of ₹49 will be applied.

• COD (Cash on Delivery) orders may include an additional handling fee.

4. International Shipping

• Currently, we only ship within India. (International shipping will be announced soon.)

5. Delays

• While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, courier delays, or public holidays.

• Humble Heads is not liable for delays once the package is with the courier partner.

6. Wrong Address Disclaimer

• Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

• Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional re-shipping charges.
