At Humble Heads, we want you to love what you wear. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags/packaging intact.

  • Items that are worn, damaged, or altered will not be accepted for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Customized or personalized caps

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

  • We currently offer size/style exchanges for the same product if available in stock.

  • If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product delivered was defective or incorrect.

6. How to Initiate a Return

  • Our team will share the return instructions and shipping details.
