To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags/packaging intact.

Items that are worn, damaged, or altered will not be accepted for return.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

We currently offer size/style exchanges for the same product if available in stock.

If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
